I believe the best massage comes from connecting with each client to create a personalized session that brings results. My therapeutic approach integrates anatomically specific deep tissue massage, functional movement, active release, Acupressure, and deep relaxation. In addition to therapeutic massage, I offer Thai Massage and Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Massage.

I have been practicing Ayurvedic bodywork since 2005 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019. I am currently apprenticing with a Medical Massage Therapist and developing new skills every week. I have experience in trauma recovery and am a trauma-informed care provider.
