Paula is not only well trained but sensitive/ perceptive in the massage techniques she offers. And she'll work with you on how much info you want vs how much you just want to retreat to a deeper place and just experience her healing touch.
Lots of people offer massage - she's one of the really good ones!

Gayatri has been very effective in helping me using therapeutic massage. I had pain in my bicep for a couple of months and thought that it was caused by my Rheumatoid Arthritis and I would just have to learn to live with it but since my massage yesterday the pain has left me! It only took one visit!!! Gayatri seems to have an abundance of knowledge and a desire to help others and I am grateful for that.
