Yoga Classes

Deepen your practice in community. Class incorporates breath, strength, and stretch for a full mind-body reset and release. Thursday class is a challenging flow and Saturday class is a gentle flow. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and blanket or towel. Room-temp class (not heated). Located at Congregation Nevei Kodesh, 1925 Glenwood Dr., Boulder. Bring a friend who is new to class, and you each pay $10.
